The Banixx Pinto of the Month for November is Teknikolor Asset, owned by Megan Barrett from Macedonia, Ohio. Teknikolor Asset is better known as Kalvy. Barrett described Kalvy’s personality as very confident and bold, but also quite lazy, as he can often be found laying down sleeping and snoring after a long day of showing.

Barrett and her family acquired Kalvy just over a year ago as their first show horse. Kalvy currently showcases his skills in the arena throughout open shows in the Ohio area. This year, the pair competed at the Tough Enough To Wear Pink Horse Show, the Ohio Pinto Fall Wind Up Show, and have plans to hit the full Ohio Pinto Horse Circuit as well as the Pinto World Show next year.

Every month, PtHA will randomly select a solid registry Pinto and a color registry Pinto for the Banixx Horse of the Month to be featured in their monthly PtHA blast and on the official Pinto Facebook page. Banixx, one of the PtHA’s corporate sponsors will be hosting their Pinto of the Month contest and giving a prize to the winner. Check back next month to see who will take home the prize!
