PHBA Registration and Transfer Fee Special, Jan. – March, 2014

Palomino Horse Breeders of America is reducing registration and transfer fees from January 1, 2014, through March 31, 2014 (Postmark). Current membership is required when registering or transferring ownership of a horse.

This registration special will include Palomino-bred and Color Conformation horse registry (horses not registered with another Breed Association which PHBA recognizes, geldings and spayed mares only). All horses must meet all color and conformation requirements.

After March 31, 2014, PHBA will reinstate the regular registration and transfer fee schedule.

REGISTRATION FEE: $35 plus membership

TRANSFER FEE: $15 plus membership
