A lot has changed from the drab fabric drapes that once hung around exhibitor’s tack stalls at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress in the show’s earlier years. It’s common now to walk the aisles of the Gilligan Barn and see stunningly simple to ornate stall fronts that look like houses, cabins, saloons, storefronts, stadiums and even mini-replicas of the trainers’ and breeders’ real barns.
