Gene Parker was at the lead of Best Dawn Yet for owner Suzanne Kiser to claim a Congress Championship in Two-Year-Old Mares. The Reserve Champion in the class was Luke Castle with Miss Kittee for Vernon Habighorst. In the Three-Year-Old Mares class, Ross Roark was at the lead of Giancarla for owner Vernon Habighorst. Coming in Reserve was Luke Castle with Rockin And A Reelin for Deborah Haarmann.

After the second go round of the NRHA Breeders Futurity Bit Open and Non Pro, here are the finalists for Saturday at Kreuth. In the Open, the top 15 plus ties made it to the final; in the Non Pro, the top 12 plus ties will return. In the Open and Ltd. Open go round, Francesco Martinotti took the lead aboard Stefano Ronco’s Mcsurprisemesailor (Frozen Sailor x MRH Doctor N Lynx, 435), with Alex Ripper and Hans Peter Marquardt’s Guntinis Great Chex placing second (432.5).
