The Sweetheart Classic was the first in a special Weekend Series of OQHA shows. The second, the Irish Classic, will take place March 15-18 in Eugene and will include an Amateur Basket Auction and Wine and Cheese Social. It will also include both AQHA and APHA classes.

With a brand new schedule and even more added money classes this year, there is also a fun specialty event- Bridleless Trail- that will take place on Friday following Western Riding. This class is being sponsored by Barbie Evans and Bunting Performance Horses. Also returning in 2018 is the $500 added money NSBA 3/4-Year-Old Open and Non Pro Western Pleasure and Open and Non Pro Hunter Under Saddle classes. In addition, Ranch Riding, Youth/Adult Walk Trot, and Rookie classes are also on the schedule.
