Continue reading …The First 2 Finish Trail Duel is a head-to-head match up against the clock. It’s a timed race over Trail obstacles where the winner will be crowned based on a combination of time and penalties. The event is open to youth, non pro, and open exhibitors that will compete against each other for their share of a $15,000 purse. Additionally, a $1,000 bonus will be paid out to the highest placing non pro exhibitor in the class.

Continue reading …Working with Hall of Fame trainer, Denny Hassett, Sherri and Skipper entered the American Junior Quarter Horse Association World Championship show and won Western Riding class and placed 6th in Trail. They went on to win Western Riding at the Congress that year.
Continue reading …The decision is based in large part on increasing the window between the Congress and the AQHA World Show. In the past, these shows have been back-to-back with very few days in between to recover and prepare for the Open/Amateur AQHA World Show. In 2018, there were three days in between the shows. The new date implementation will take effect in 2020 in hopes that exhibitors and attendees will have time to plan accordingly.
