The National Snaffle Bit Association announced today that Stephanie Lynn has joined the association’s staff as director of operations. Lynn will work in the NSBA headquarters in Gurnee, IL.

Lynn will work in partnership with NSBA’s executive director Dianne Eppers, as well as with the NSBA board of directors and Executive Committee. She will be involved in day-to-day operations of the association, assist the association in its strategic planning and identify opportunities for growth and development for the association.

“We are extremely excited to have Stephanie join our team,” Dianne Eppers noted. “Stephanie brings so much valuable experience to NSBA. She has longevity in our industry as an exhibitor and as a trainer, as well as years of experience as a judge and educator. She also has a passion for involvement in our organization, as you can see from her time serving on and chairing numerous committees in the industry.

“She understands the impact that can be achieved by working within our organization, and she also possesses the leadership skills to help make our association even better than it already is.”

“It is an exciting opportunity for me to bring my experience from the various breed associations to promote the show horse industry,” said Lynn. “I look forward to being part of an already successful organization at NSBA.”

Lynn is an AQHA Professional Horseman and has served as a coach and trainer who coached her first world champion client in 1988. She has coached, trained and shown world and Congress champions across disciplines. In addition, Lynn has served on and chaired numerous association committees throughout the industry. She is also the author of multiple books, including The Good Rider Series.

Lynn will begin her duties with NSBA on November 1, 2015.
