Scotts Bluff County, Neb., law enforcement authorities are hoping the public can help them identify those responsible for shooting a Paint Horse in its pasture last month.
Scotts Bluff County Sheriff Mark L. Overman said that deputies responded to a report that a horse had been shot in November. The horse was wounded and later euthanized by a veterinarian, Overman said.
