WACO, Texas (April 7, 2017) — The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) announced Friday this year’s top horses in collegiate equestrian. The top 10 horses were selected from each of the four disciplines in the NCEA; reining, horsemanship, equitation on the flat, and equitation over fences.
