The show Miya is referring to: the 2023 RMQHA Gold Rush, from June 22-25, 2023.
This year it will be held at The Ranch, 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland, Colorado, and it offers 4 AQHA Judges, 2 NSBA Judges, and RMQHA dual approval.
Judges will be: Jennifer Kunkle, John Kunkle, Holly Hover, and Melissa Dukes.
High Point Awards will be offered in: Level 1 Youth, Level 1Amateur, Level 1 Open, Amateur, Youth, Select, Rookie Youth, Rookie Amateur, W/T Youth, W/T Amateur, Open, Ranch-Youth, Open, and Amateur.
“We’ve completely revamped it,” explains Miya. “Michelle Forness is running it for us and she always makes them fun! We will have ice cream * trucks*, good prizes, and plenty of space to ride. It’s NSBA approved, with All breed classes so you can bring your Paints or Apps and get those qualifying judges, and we have Walk Trot classes to get your beginners some experience.”
