Mark Your Calendars for Springtime Shows with An Equine Production
Not too far off, most of us will adjust our clocks and we ‘lose’ an hour of sleep. BUT it also becomes daylight earlier, it starts to get warmer and we look forward to shedding the 2-3 layers of clothes that many of us wear! But in the meantime, we can be looking forward to many great upcoming shows.
SOQHA The Challenge, Springfield, OH – this outstanding show gives away more than $10,000 in scholarship monies to youth exhibitors. This show is always exciting to see kids win these important dollars. Your patterns are being finished and will be posted here. We hope to have them finished by this coming weekend.
Las Vegas Silver Dollar Circuit is back to its normal dates the end of February & we could not be more excited. Everyone loves to show at South Point where you an roll out of bed, hop on the elevator & be right down to your stalls in minutes. (Unless you are like me that gets lost in the hotel hallways!) You can enter online now via The Tracker or you can enter via paper at the show. There are no charges for scratches for the AQHA classes and we cannot wait to see you. IQHA Shamrock Shuffle, Cloverdale, IN – one of Indiana’s largest shows is shaping up to be large again. Please do not pull in for a stall or RV without calling first. The waiting list for the stalls is at 250+ right now. Please contact the facility for your RV spots. Do not forget that the Indiana Youth do their soup luncheon on Saturday of the show. Georgia On My Mind, Conyers, GA – this show features an all-new schedule with 10 total AQHA judges, 2 AQHA World Show Qualifying shows, $30,000 in added money classes in nearly all disciplines. There might be a chance that stalls are available. But always call before hauling. Complete details are here.
Have you heard about the Keep It Simple day at the show? April 9 at the show, we are encouraging everyone to dress down with a simple long-sleeved shirt, jeans, hat and work saddles. All of which is legal! Enjoy the ride and keep it simple.
Aggie Super Circuit, Bryan, Texas – one of our favorite shows of the year is back. $4000 in Texas-Bred monies are being awarded at this show AND you can kick off your Texas Saddle Series at this show. This great saddle series awards more than 10 saddles to deserving L1 non-pro riders at the end of the year. Click here for all the details. The Indiana Youth Show returns to Cloverdale, IN in April. This great 6-judge show has Rookie classes this year and we look forward to seeing you there. There currently is a small waiting list, but you can be placed on that waiting list by filling out the stall form found by clicking here.
The Orange Blossom Classic, Tampa, FL is shaping up to be outstanding. This all-new show will feature 6 total AQHA shows, 7 if showing a Hunter, 2 AQHA World Show Qualifying shows and 2 NSBA World Show qualifying shows. PLUS a bunch of NSBA money classes. Michigan Paint Horse Club’s Fall Color Classic is returning to Cloverdale, IN October 18-22. One of APHA’s largest shows every year, we are proud to continue our relationship with MPHC. Be sure for all of those with Paint horses to mark the dates on the calendar and watch for future details. All of last year’s details are still posted to our website.
