Tampa, FL – August 27, 2015 – The Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Circuit team is proud to announce and welcome Mark Harrell Horse Shows as the new, industry-leading managers at the helm of the popular American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) shows.
The Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Circuit is held each year in Tampa, Florida at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center at the Florida State Fairgrounds, and it will return there again this year. The 2015 Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Shows will kick-off on Monday, December 28 and continue through Thursday, December 31.
Taking over the management of the Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Circuit is the perfect fit for Mark Harrell Horse Shows, as the management team is now able to offer competitors three consecutive weeks of Quarter Horse shows in Florida. The three back-to-back weeks of shows offer exhibitors the chance to show under 18 judges all for just $1,850.
Immediately following the Florida Gold Coast Quarter Horse Circuit and beginning on January 2, 2016, competition at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center will continue with the Florida Gulf Coast Circuit.
“January 1st will be a day off between the Florida Gold Coast and the Florida Gulf Coast Horse Show Circuits which they have not had in the past,” explained Mark Harrell of Mark Harrell Horse Shows. “Exhibitors can enjoy the first week of showing, celebrate New Year’s and then come back for a second great week of horse showing. We’re striving to create a relaxed but competitive horse show atmosphere that everyone can really enjoy.”
With eight days of competition under numerous judges, the Florida Gold Coast and Gulf Coast Quarter Horse Shows present exhibitors with great opportunities to earn points in the beautiful Florida weather, but the opportunities do not stop there.
After the conclusion of the Florida Gulf Coast Circuit, riders and trainers can travel just an hour south to Venice for the Fox Lea Farm Winter Circuit, to be held January 6 – 11, 2016.
“We’re really excited to be able to offer all three circuits with added prize money and prizes for 2015/2016. It’s a great opportunity for exhibitors to earn points and show under numerous judges at an affordable cost,” Harrell said.
Mark Harrell Horse Shows routinely manages more than 110,000 AQHA entries each year and is currently running shows in more than 10 states and Canada. The team works together to make each and every horse show as perfect as possible. Whether the show is a smaller two day show or a longer four to five day circuit, each show receives the same preparation & dedication.
