Mark Harrell Horse Shows Purchased by Longtime Employee, Kathy Avolt!

Mark Harrell Horse Shows – Mark Harrell and David Pardue are pleased to announce that long-time employee Kathy Avolt, Lafayette, IN has purchased the company.
Mark Harrell Horse Shows is one of the largest horse show management companies in the country and has routinely operated more than 100,000 AQHA entries the past 5 years and in the last 10+ years has managed nearly 1,000,000 million AQHA entries alone.
Exhibitors will notice very little change for this coming year, as all staff members, including Harrell and Pardue will remain on board. The name will also remain the same for the time being. Avolt plans to expand the team to offer the firm’s services to additional shows throughout the country and will begin searching for outstanding individuals.
Harrell and Pardue are looking forward to spending more time with their son, Mikey and becoming more involved with their hometown of Caseyville, IL where Pardue is currently campaigning for the local school board and Harrell will be able to devote more time to the marketing of horses via Mark Harrell Equine Marketing.
Avolt, a Purdue University Graduate, has spent the last 12+ years with the company and has served as the announcer at the various shows. She has also maintained the company website, Facebook page, produced all print materials and made sure the pattern books were readily available for their strong exhibitor base.
