TODAY, June 1st, is the deadline to enter your yearling in the 2020 Markel Insurance Breeder’s Championship Futurity Yearling Sale. Don’t miss out on the chance for your yearling to sell among the nation’s top yearlings. The sale is open to all yearlings enrolled in the NSBA Breeders Championship Futurity or the NSBA Color Breeders Championship Futurity. Limited consignments are available.

The Place to Be
The Markel Insurance Breeders Championship Futurity Yearling Sale will be held in conjunction with the NSBA World Championship Show at the Built Ford Tough Livestock Complex in Tulsa, OK.
A preview of the sale horses will be held on Thursday, August 13 and the sale will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 4:00 PM.
Dollars for Graduates
All sale graduates are eligible to compete for an additional purse within the Breeders Championship Futurity, which will be split evenly between graduates showing in their two or three-year-old year.
In 2019, a total of $135,195 was set aside for graduates of that sale, with a $608,899 purse to date.
Quality Prospects
The Markel Insurance Breeders Championship Futurity Yearling Sale helps sale consignors bring top dollar for their prospects. The 2019 prospects brought in a record-breaking total of $1,238,000, with an overall average of $12,633 and the top 30 sales pulling an impressive average of$27,700.
