Invitations For 2013 ApHC World Show Mailed Today, Process Entries Now With New Online System

The ApHC World Show qualifying deadline has passed. The ApHC has received show results for all ApHC-approved shows held through the end of August. September 10th was the deadline for submission of regional club nominations. All horses qualified through either the National point system or the regional club qualifying system have been identified.

Invitations were mailed today to all eligible World Show participants. But, you don’t have to wait to receive those in the mail! You can click on the link below and process your entries using our new on-line entry system! When you log in, you can view the classes in which your horses are qualified and you can also enter open non-qualifying classes. If you’re a non-pro, you can see your “qualified” classes and enter non-pro non-qualifying classes as well.

You’ll need the following information when you click on the link below to assist you in processing your online entries.

1. Purchase any memberships needed using the online system prior to processing your entries.

2. Have the registration numbers of all horses you plan to enter.

3. Have the membership numbers of all exhibitors and owners of those horses.

If you’ve never used the on-line system before, don’t worry! It’s easy. Just begin by creating a User Profile and then you can follow the on-line instructions to complete your entries.

Be sure to enter a valid email address when paying for your entries. Upon purchasing your entries you will receive an email that includes a detailed receipt listing your Class Entries, Fees Paid, and Assigned Back Numbers.

Please do not use your web browser’s BACK button to navigate to a previous web page. Use the back buttons found on the entry system web pages.

Important World Show Deadlines:

Please include the following deadlines in your calendar to avoid paying laying fees!

September 23 – R.V. space reservation deadline for application and payment. Click HERE for reservation form.

September 25 – Pre-Entry deadline

September 25 – Stall reservation deadline. Click HERE for the stall reservation form.

October 2 – Book hotel rooms by this date to guarantee lowest rates & availability. Click HERE to view hotels offering special rates to Appaloosa World Show attendees.

October 7 – Pre-bed orders due. Late orders are not accepted. Click HERE for pre-bed order form.

 

Certificate of Registration & Health Papers (IMPORTANT REMINDERS)

You must provide the ORIGINAL certificate of registration at the show office and the inspection state at the World show in order to show.

Each horse must have a current (within 30 days) health certificate – dated on or after September 25, 2013.

Each horse must also have a current (within 12 months) proof of negative Coggins by a licensed veterinarian – dated on or after October 25, 2012.

Remember to have your vet use registered names of the horses on these certificates rather than “barn names.”

 

Regional Club Membership

Don’t forget that you MUST be a member of an ApHC-affiliated regional club or international partner in order to participate as an owner or exhibitor at the World Show. Please confirm with your regional club that your membership has already been submitted to ApHC. Or, bring proof of regional club membership to the World Show to meet this important requirement!
