Sun Circuit Exhibitor Entry Check Points

ALL PEOPLE IN THE VEHICLE MUST HAVE A GOLD PLASTIC WRISTBAND TO PASS THROUGH THESE  CHECKPOINTS. ONCE ISSUED A WRISTBAND, DO NOT REMOVE THE WRISTBAND. You will not  be able to enter the grounds without a wristband. Should your wristband become damaged and unwearable you will need to bring the wristband to the show office to receive a replacement.

MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHILE WORKING WITH YOUR HORSE. WESTWORLD RESIDES ON FEDERAL PROPERTY. ALL FEDERAL,CITY AND COUNTY  MANDATES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

There will be four entry check points exhibitors may use to enter the West World show grounds.

ENTRY CHECK POINTS

• McDowell Mountain Rd. (East Entrance)
• Bahia Loop Road
• South Rd.  (West edge of show grounds)
• West of North Hall

The West side of North Hall will also be the Public entrance. Anyone without a wristband will be routed to this entrance. All public will also be required to receive a paper wristband to attend for the day.

Please note Sun Circuit 2021 is happening only by special agreement with the City of Scottsdale. Sun Circuit is required to maintain the occupancy at levels established by the City suitable to the event.

SUN CIRCUIT ATTENDEES CODE OF CONDUCT

1. If I have a temperature of 100.4 F or more, have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid 19 in the past 21 days, have tested positive for Covid 19 in the past 21 days, am feeling ill or showing any symptoms of Covid 19, I will not enter the Sun Circuit/West World show grounds.
2. Avoid Physical touching including hand shakes, high fives, embraces etc.
3. Will wear my mask per county and city mandates.
4. Maintain social distancing.
5. Wash and sanitize my hands frequently.
6. Will respect event staff who are responsible for enforcing Covid 19 guidelines.
