AQHA competitors were met with a big ole’ dose of Texas hospitality when they attended the Athens Summer Jubilee July 8-12 in Athens, Texas.
Judges for the show were Mike Hawkins, Karen Graham, Terry Thompson, John Boxell, and Bob Johnson. Not only did the event host five, full AQHA shows, it also had a special event show and was part of the TQHA Saddle Series.
Congratulations to the High Point Champions at the show! The L1 Amateur Walk/Jog Champion was A Girl Named Charlie with Patricia Wagner. The L1 Youth Walk/Jog Champion was One Classy Krymsun with Hannah Jackson. The L1 Amateur Champion was Hesa Hot Cookie ridden by Mariah Embry. The Amateur Champion was Sheas Soul Mate and Aubrey Videtich.
The Select winner was Terrific Lee Hot and Kathy Lee. The L1 Youth Champion was RR Huntin For More and Kacee Acker. The Youth Champion was Ill B At The Bar with Siena Holyoak. The Open Champion was Rolling In Hot and Tami Dietrich-Dobbs.
The VRH – Amateur Champion was Gunner Got Out and Lynn Walker. The VRH – Open Champion was Dont Miss My Spins and Patricia Stieglitz.
