Mrs. Heidi Rasor is the proud, new owner of Full Drape, a 4-year-old gelding that was shown here at the AQHA World Show to a win in Junior L2 Western Pleasure by Chris Jones for then owner, Debra Debock.
Full Drape, aka “Wallace,” is a four-year-old gelding by No Doubt I’m Lazy and out of Vitalism.
“I saw him at the Congress, and I really liked him, but I wasn’t really looking for a horse,” Heidi says. “He wasn’t for sale, technically, and I wasn’t buying, technically, but it was meant to be!”
Heidi was attracted to Wallace’s smooth movement and ease of handling, especially in Trail. “He’s really soft when he lopes, and he just looked like a really kind horse. It’s one more horse to add to the other two I have that we compete with in Trail, The Company You Keep and KM Best One Invited.”
Now that the World Show has come to a close for Wallace, he’s headed to California, where he will be placed in training with Jill Newcomb and Murray Griggs to continue competing in Trail and Western Pleasure and to learn Horsemanship and Showmanship.
