Heza Secret Agent was a horse for the record books. Although this multiple World Champion, 2009 stallion by The Top Secret and out of Just Georgina only produced five foal crops before his untimely passing, his ability to pass on his magnificent conformation, presence, and personality is legendary, and his contributions to the Quarter Horse breed will enhance the Halter world for generations to come.

Standing a strapping 16 hands, Agent’s combination of muscle, conformation, and charisma made him a natural winner. The young colt took the show pen by storm as a yearling, winning a 2010 Reserve World Championship in Yearling Stallions and a 2011 Reserve World Championship in 2-Year-Old Stallions, before going on to win multiple World Championships, Reserve World Championships and Congress Championships during a stellar career.

As a breeding stallion, Agent proved that he could produce winners that would follow in his footsteps, siring multiple World, Reserve World, and Congress Champions. As of April 2018, he had 66 registered AQHA offspring in five foal crops, including his first year foals that didn’t compete and this year’s foals that have yet to enter the show pen. From the three foal crops that went on to compete, this incredible stallion produced 19 point earners with 418½ Halter points to date and almost $300,000 in earnings. He produced six AQHA World Champions and five AQHA Reserve World Champions that have won a total of eight World Championships and six Reserve World Championships with five APHA World Championships, two PtHA World Championships, and one Honor Roll APHA Champion. His offspring have earned 18 Congress Championships in Open, Amateur, and Limited competition, four Congress Grand and Reserve Grand titles, and 24 Futurity Championships including winners at the Breeders Halter Futurity, Elite Breeders, WCHA Futurity, and Solid Gold Futurity.

When Kathy and Steve Headley purchased Agent from the Brinkmann Ranch in 2016, they were ecstatic. The Headleys, along with their daughter, Sarah, had already established a successful breeding and showing operation at Headley Quarter Horses, but Agent was a special addition to their stallion roster. Steve and Kathy fell in love with Agent’s sweet personality, and he instantly became part of the family. Anyone familiar with the Headleys knows that their horses are more than just a business. This dynamic couple built their successful breeding and show operation near Bloomington, Indiana from scratch, and they never lost the enthusiasm for the sport that fueled their goal to breed the best in the business. Their dedication to their horses is well-known in the industry.
