The Equine Law Committee of The Animal Law Section of The Florida Bar presents Shining Light on Horse Sales in the Sunshine State – Understanding Florida Administrative Code 5H-26.

The course will focus on the history of equine law in Florida along with the development of Florida Administrative Code 5H that requires horse sellers in Florida to utilize a bill of sale with specific disclosures. The Equine Committee of the Animal Law Section of The Florida Bar is working to develop a standardized form that can adopted by horse owners, so they remain compliant with Florida law.
