The final two Equitation titles of the day were awarded to two talented young equestriennes at the 2015 AjPHA Youth World Championship Show.
First, Lauren Gralla successfully completed a hat trick by winning her third World Champion title of the day. Earlier, she rode A Sudden Legacy to win 13 and Under Hunter Under Saddle, Novice Youth 13 and Under Equitation, and finally 13 and Under Equitation.
The Reserve World Champion in 13 and Under Equitation was Samantha Stubblefield with I’m Zipped All Right. Third place was Caroline Nielson aboard Sensational Dee. Fourth was Rebecca Figueroa with Just Say Whoa. Rounding out the top five was Olivia Bass with Majority Sensation.
In 14-18 Equitation, the final decision was close for the first two spots. Claiming the World Championship title was Emma-Lee Schellenburg of Canada with Ima Special Delivery. The Reserve World Champion was Mary Katherine Camp with Zippos Redemption.
Third place in Equitation was Alexis Sage Miller with Thanks For Zip En Me. Fourth was Ashley Aden with Reddyformycloseup. Rounding out the top five was Haylee Schoonover with Im Original.
Kassandra Jones rode Chasinthesensation to finish sixth. Seventh place was Lucie Lundquist with Optimized. Eighth was Olivia Eagles with Chipped In Roses. Tenth place was Alysia Nielson with Ima Gallant Mackenzie.
