Golf Carts, Portacools, Stall Mats, VIP RV Parking
“We are again offering additional services for our exhibitors in the form of golf carts, stall mats, Portacools, and VIP RV parking,” says Congress Chair Casey West.
Golf Carts
Golf carts may be obtained by contacting John Dunn at (816) 898-4284. The cost for the entire week including all taxes and fees is $290. The deadline for reserving carts is Friday, July 21st, and payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time reserved. Carts can be picked up at the facility on Tuesday, August 1st, at check in and used until Sunday night. All operators must be 18 years of age or older.

VIP RV Hookups + Expo Square RV Hookups
A limited number of VIP RV hookups are available at $60 per night. These VIP hookups are located in the parking area directly south of the Ford Truck Arena and can be reserved by contacting Casey West, 785-479-6817 or westcasey@hotmail.com.
