Everything You Need to Know About the Sold Out SOQHA Madness

The Madness, Wilmington, OH – This top-ten show is shaping up to be another must-attend event! The World Equestrian Center will be busting at the seams beginning Friday, May 10th and concluding May 19th. A few general reminders:

1 – Do not pull onto the grounds hoping for an RV or a stall. These have been sold out for some time.

2 – Back Numbers – All back numbers will be assigned in the show office.

3 – Paperwork – you can download your tab sheet in advance and fill it out. Please be prepared with COMPLETE paperwork, even if you showed with us yesterday. That includes registration papers, ROM, NSBA, and AQHA cards and certificate of eligibility for the NSBA Futurity classes.

4 – Slot Classes – There is NO pre-entry required like in the past. You can enter the two Pleasure classes by May 12th at 5 pm without a late fee. The Trail slot class can be entered the night before. All three of these classes are NSBA approvedand& you must provide an NSBA certificate of eligibility.

5 – 3 & over Novice Horse Slot Class – Novice Horse Eligibility – Horses must not have earned over $2,500 and/or not more than 25 points. This is an NSBA Ancillary approved class. ALL verifiable Western Pleasure class earnings will be counted. It is the exhibitor/owner’s responsibility to provide documented PROOF via Robin Glenn Pedigrees AND Equistat for monies earned as of January 1, 2019. This printed copy will be required at time of entry.

6 – Exhibitor Party – The Party will be held in the Paddock Club (front of the grounds) Sunday evening and everyone is welcome to attend.

7 – Monday, May 13th – the show office will be closed.

8 – NO entries will be taken without either a check or a credit card to hold your entries. A credit card form can be found at the link below.

9 – Levels – It is YOUR responsibility to know the level of the exhibitor AND the horse. Many of the classes here are leveled.

10 – Arrivals – No arrivals before Wednesday, May 8th at 8 am without paying a layover fee from the L1.

11 – Health Papers – The show office will not be checking Coggins or Health certificates. However, responsible owners should have up-to-date paperwork on all of their horses.
