We have your Friday Funny for the day!
You’ve been there – admit it… getting a horse’s ears up after a long day can be a challenge, like it was for Gary Reardon’s crew. It was the first time he’d ever competed, and it was with their 2017 mare, A Classic Lazy, at the Illinois Paint Horse Association’s Spring Fling Show.
“We wanted to celebrate his big win with a little photoshoot, but “Rosie,” as we call her, was totally over it, so my trainer, Scott Hand, and my fellow rider, Stacey McGhee, had to get creative when it came to making her put her ears up for the camera. I saw this going on and I knew I had to snap a candid – it’s just too funny!” says Emily Reardon.
Thank you to Emily for the fun photo! If you have a great photo of the day, please email Delores.Kuhlwein@EquineChronicle.com.
