This is Kathy Baxter, President of the Idaho Quarter Horse Association. She recently competed at an AQHA, Paint, and Appaloosa show in Idaho and won Battle of the Breeds in Ranch Riding! “Just a 70-year-old newbie with her nine-year-old horse she raised from day one,” says Kathy.
