EC Photo of the Day – Carrying On the Family Tradition
This is four-year-old Leadline champion Avery Hanninen and 11-year-old Pitter Pat Rhythm. “Avery has a love of animals, especially horses! ‘Pat’ feels the same about her and they share a special bond,” explains her grandmother, Maureen Henningsen. “We can’t wait for these two to get back in the show pen again!”
In fact, Avery represents the third generation of showing Paint Horses, joining her grandmother, Maureen, and her mom, Molly Hanninen, who frequently show together.
The photographer of the photo is also family – Maureen’s other daughter, Kelly Henningsen!
