“Carrie Brigham of Clanton, Alabama and MV Ben’s Golden Girl, a 2010 red dun molly mule out of a Quarter Horse mare owned by Lindsey Williamson of Statesville, North Carolina, competed in the all breed ranch classes held at the Dixie National Quarter Horse Show,” explains Joy Brigham. “The pair stood out not only with a little extra ear, but also due to their performances in the ranch trail, ranch rail, and ranch riding classes. The duo won all three classes against some great horses. Carrie, the current president of the Alabama Quarter Horse Youth Association and an AQHYA Region 9 Director, and “Goldie” compete in horse and mule shows across the southeast and have racked up many titles over the past 2 1/2 years.”
