The Washington State Quarter Horse Association NW Emerald Quarter Horse Show is always a hit, and their most recent one was no exception – but it was also full of memories and some tearful goodbyes because it was also Teresa Sullivan’s last Pacific Northwest Show before moving to Arizona.
