Day 4 at the Stars N Stripes and Big A With Jordan Davis

Today was the last day of the Stars N Stripes circuit. It started bright and early at 8 am in the Western Riding pen. In the L3 Youth Western Riding, Natalie Alcorn and Chocolates Hot Asset had a clean sweep and won the circuit. All the Youth Pleasure classes were nice sized with tough competition. Nya Kearns and Earn An Invitation took home the circuit in the Novice Youth Western Pleasure.

After the Pleasure, the Horsemanship classes started and also brought large entries. The challenging pattern contained square corners and multiple spins. In the L3 14-18 Horsemanship, Elizabeth Ann Forney and One Hot Big Leaguer swept the class out of 28 and were circuit champions!

In the middle of the Hunter Hack, a true Georgia thunderstorm started but, this didn’t stop the exhibitors. The show went on and they finished their class despite the rain! I know everyone is looking forward to an off day to enjoy some rest and fun activities including a dog show and the Huntfield Derby!
