Government officials announced today that they will continue to pursue whatever Crundwell assets remain, in an effort to provide financial compensation for what’s being described as the “largest embezzlement in United States history.”
The court doesn’t necessarily believe there is much value in the items, however, that’s irrelevant considering the restitution and forfeiture judgements ruled in November 2012 order Crundwell to pay back more than $106 million.
