Congratulations are in order for the entire Parrish Family!  Why the whole family? Because not only is one baby due this fall – there are two Parrish grandbabies on the way!

Chase, the youngest, and his wife Julianne are due September 10th with the first grandbaby.  Then Cody and Tanna are due November 1st!

“We get two about 6-7 weeks apart! Bret and I are blessed!” says Candy Parrish.

Chase, who shared his perspective shortly after he completed his standing duty for the evening for the Marine Corp, has this to say:

“As excited as Cody and I are to become fathers, we are just as excited to watch our parents become grandparents. I am eternally grateful that my parents mentored and loved Cody and I with Godly values during our childhood. My parents chose to never take the easy route while parenting, rather they tirelessly demonstrated how to live a life that I can only strive to emulate. It is my hope that my little girl will bring as much joy to their lives as they have brought to mine.”

During Georgia On My Mind, Cody Parrish paused to share his thoughts as a future father.  “We are very excited about being first time parents! It’s even more special because my brother and I got married about 6 weeks apart and he is also expecting a little girl, and the kids will be born about 6 weeks apart! And we found out a day after they told us they were pregnant!”

Chase agrees that having both babies so close together is indeed a blessing.  “Luckily, Cody and I will become fathers just a few months apart, so our children will have the fortunate opportunity to grow up in the Parrish family together. My wife, Julianne, is going to be the best mother and I’m eager to watch her parent with love and truth as we raise our little girl to be a light that shines for the glory of God,” he says.

In addition, Cody says they are very excited to raise a child in the horse business so they can provide the same experiences he and Tanna have both had.  “We look forward to having more ponies around the horse show soon!”

Congratulations to the entire Parrish Family! We cannot wait to see those adorable baby photos!
