On the schedule for today at the 2013 AQHA World Show are the preliminaries of Jr. Tie-Down Roping, Jr. Western Pleasure, Sr. Heading, Sr. Pleasure Driving, Sr. Heeling, Sr. Western Riding, Ranch Pleasure, and Jr. Hunter Under Saddle. Finals will begin this evening at 7 p.m. with Jr. Trail and Sr. Trail.

Senior Trail Finals:

Out of 87 competitors in the Senior Trail preliminaries, Lisa Farrell and Range To A Te achieved the highest score of a 229. Taking the next two spots were David Busick and A Special Kinda Love with a 228 and Jeff Mellott with Tamu Zippin Asset with a 228. Judging the preliminaries were Mark Sheridan, Stephanie Lynn, Pierre Briere, Marilyn Randall, and Casey Devitt.

23 competitors qualified to come back for the finals this evening.

Out of the 42 horse and rider pairs that competed in the Junior Trail preliminaries, the highest score of a 229 was achieved by Chad Evans with Let’s Shake Em Up. The next highest score was given to Garry McAllister and Unfaithfully Good and Brad Jewett and In My Sunday Best each with a 226.5. Judging the preliminaries was Stephanie Lynn, Pierre Briere, Casey Devitt, Milton Alderman, and Mark Sheridan.

17 competitors qualified to return for the finals this evening.
