Continue reading …According the The Cattleman Update, News from the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, a Louisiana horse seller named Edwin A. Williams plead guilty to a charge of tampering with a government document. He was recently sentenced to 20 years in Texas prison. The original charge stemmed from his Nov. 2013 arrest for selling a horse with a fraudulent Coggins test.
