His involvement in the American Quarter Horse industry is focused on racing, roping and horses used for ranch work and breeding. He is an avid team roper and participates in numerous ropings, including the World Series of Team Roping.

In that role, he will be responsible for and supervise all training activities at the farm. He will be supported by Assistant Trainers Kaitlin LeBlanc, now at the farm, and Blair Townsend, who will be joining Casey, as well as Amanda Ringer who will continue in her role as Farm Manager.
