That year, Bill was set to receive his first WQHA award for being named the High Point Novice Amateur Western Pleasure exhibitor. Instead, Bill’s family graciously asked that the Reserve Champion, Darrel Holman, be presented with the award that year.

Finn was a great companion for DD and even tolerated her sucking on his ears,” says Finn’s owner, Leah Currie. “He and I spent many nights in the stall with her until we found her a nurse mare. DD is now a beautiful 2-year-old!”
