After much discussion and considerable debate, the AQHA Select World Championship Show will finally be moving to a new location beginning in 2019. Since its inception in 2003, the Adequan Select World Show has been held at the TriState Fairgrounds in Amarillo, Texas. While show management is appreciative for the hospitality shown to competitors over the past 15 years, it’s clear, from exhibitor feedback and the association’s hopes for expansion, that the time for a change in location is now.

Continue reading …There were 190 entries in the Futurity this year with 69 Trail entries alone, as well as 600 entries in the dual approved portion of the show. The Trail Futurity paid out $7,795 and $7,200 was paid in Horsemanship, Showmanship and Equation classes. A grand total of $26,242.00 was paid to 152 different exhibitors.
