Much has been written about the long list of champions to come out of Simons Show Horses in Pilot Point, Texas. Mostly notably, the legendary stallion Zippos Sensation, who was APHA’s Leading Breeder’s Trust sire for 15 consecutive years, tops the list. That single horse changed the entire landscape of the Paint Horse breed; but as incredible as he was, the horses are only part of the story.
