The Congress Super Sale will once again give sellers the opportunity to offer their horses to the largest crowd of potential buyers anywhere in the United Sates. Jennings adds, “The Super Sale has posted completed sales of around 85% over the last several years, which is an excellent percentage sold, even in a strong economy.”

“The success of last year’s sale and the nearly $70,000 in purse money for the graduates of that sale has created a lot of excitement for the 2014 sale,” Mitchels said. “Everyone we visit with is anxious to put their best yearling in the sale, and we have had several requests for the list of buyers from last year.”

Starting in 2014, the Farnam Pleasure Stakes will include classes for 2, 3 and 4-year-old Paints, made eligible by their participation in the Farnam Breeders’ Trust Select Sale. The Farnam Pleasure Stakes takes place at the APHA World Championship Show, November 5-15 in Fort Worth, Texas.
