AQHA Executive Vice President, Craig Huffines, reflects on AQHA’s 2019 including the transition to a new computer system that caused some difficulty; the hiring of several new employees; the implementation of DocuSign; the revamping of the phone system; and much more. With a determined game face and heart of gold, young equestrian Lily Anderson is a pillar of leadership within her community. The amount of involvement Lily Anderson has given to all of her activities is truly amazing. Whether she is on the basketball court or warming up for the level 3 Horsemanship Finals at the AQHYA Youth World Show, she is completely devoted to being a top contender. Throughout her high school career Lily has learned to juggle every responsibility life throws at her.

“So many registered Paints are representing APHA in performance-horse competition, but there are countless APHA-eligible horses whose owners haven’t yet found a reason to register their Paints,” Sunny said. “With Chrome Cash, not registering your APHA-eligible horse means you’re leaving money on the table.”

Elizabeth is from Sugar Land, Texas, and grew up riding hunter/jumpers. While earning her bachelor’s degree in animal science at Texas A&M University, she competed on the collegiate horse judging team and was president of the TAMU Horseman’s Association. She recently completed her Master of Agriculture in animal science, focusing on equine marketing, and continued to be involved with youth and collegiate horse judging programs through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension program.
