There will be three separate purses at each circuit. Then, the highest circuit point earning horse in each class at the completion of the Big A will be awarded with a $5,000 bonus.

The AQHA Member Experience Team will be at the Dixie National Quarter Horse Show February 11-16 in Jackson, Mississippi, to assist you with your AQHA business.

The preliminary schedule is now up for the 2020 Pinto Horse Association World Show. The show will take place June 8-June 20 at the Expo Square Livestock Complex in Tulsa, OK. 

An Equine Production is excited to present The Madness showbill. There is so much new this year for the event that will take place May 8-17 at the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio. Among the new classes, there will be: Green/L1 Trail Slot class with $5,000 to the winner, 3 & Over Novice Horse Hunter Under Saddle Slot class with $2,500 to the winner, Non Pro Trail slot class with $2,500 to the winner, and more leveled classes.

Take, for instance, Ady Kallay. In only three years of competition at the APHA Youth World Show, she has already accrued more than $8,200 in scholarships, all won in either Walk-Trot or 13 & under competition. That leaves her several more years to compete in the 14–18 division and continue racking up dollars toward her college education—all while doing what she loves!

Mark your calendars for the new date and location for the Circle G Classic circuit – May 1-3, 2020 at Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana, AR. The all-inclusive fee is $300 per horse including 1 stall (2 nights), all entry fees and drug fees. The horse can have multiple exhibitors for this same fee.

Ten individuals ages 14-21 from Colorado and Wyoming were pre-selected and paired with industry professionals who acted as their “coach” or “mentor” for the day. Donned in matching shirts, the selected youth received one-on-one practice time with their coach, rotating through area to practice various skills. Then the youth competed against each other for scholarship money provided by the National Western Scholarship Trust. They were asked to complete a ranch trail pattern, a ranch riding pattern, a modified reining pattern and then worked a cow.
