“Changes are happening with the All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity Programs.”
Materials for the 49th annual All American Quarter Horse Congress futurities and sweepstakes will be available soon. Entries for the Congress Futurities are due on April 1st while the entries for stakes classes are due on August 25th, with regular entries.
New for 2015
The Congress Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle Futurity and Stakes classes will now be open to the following breeds/registries: AQHA, APHA, ApHC, ABRA, IBHA, PHBA and Jockey Club.
There have also been changes to the Congress Master’s Program.
Congress Masters Western Pleasure Futurity
Payments:
– April 1st ‐ $1,000
– June 1st ‐ $1,000
– August 1st ‐ $1,500
– Late Fees: Received by July 1st ‐ $250 Penalty + 1st Payment
– Received by August 1st ‐ $500 Penalty + 1st Payment & Final Payment
– Declare Horse: August 1th
– Declare Rider: August 1st but can change up until 2:00 pm day before the class
Limited Awards:
– 1st ‐ $10,000
– 2nd ‐ $7,500
– 3rd ‐ $5,000
Congress Masters Hunter Under Saddle Futurity
Payments:
– April 1st ‐ $500
– June 1st ‐ $1,000
– August 1st ‐ $1,000
– Late Fees: Received by July 1st ‐ $250 Penalty + 1st Payment
– Received by August 1st ‐ $500 Penalty + 1st Payment & Final Payment
