Back in Stretchy Pants: Sun and Surf Blog With Emma and Cori

Hello Equine Chronicle friends!

It’s Cori Cansdale and Emma Edwards reporting to you from sunny Del Mar, California. Today marks the first day of the Sun and Surf Circuit Quarter Horse Show. The English, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, and some Trail showed today.

Today marks an important day in history for us because we both showed in English! Emma showed in Youth Hunter Under Saddle with This Is Why Im Here, and Cori showed in Youth Hunt Seat Equitation with Promotional Asset. This might not seem like big news to some of you, but for us it’s a big deal to get back in our stretchy pants and tall boots! We even got our diagonals!

It’s exciting to be back showing and to get to see old and new friends. We love this show, because it’s by the ocean, there’s great weather, and you can eat at lots of yummy restaurants.
