Georgia Quarter Horse Association’s Stars and Stripes and The Big A took place July 1-10, 2022, always a huge hit for exhibitors because it’s more than a horse show – it’s a celebration of Quarter Horses, Freedom, and Country, with a daily breakfast, a daily party, and more.
With events like Show For Dough Senior Trail, that was standing room only to watch, and Show For Dough Non Pro Trail in the Grand Prix Arena, plus the world famous Painted Ponies, and the GQHYA Horsemanship Challenge, and the Golf Cart Parade in the Grand Prix Arena, plus much more, a great time was had by all.
Perhaps one of the best demonstrations of the patriotism of the show and the love of the horse: Seventeen riders were in the Leadline at the Big A, and all received custom buckles.
