Around the Rings – Gold N Grand Spring 2024

The 2024 Spring Gold N Grand All Breed Open Horse Show, from March 22-24, 2024, at Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murieta, California, is just one of the Gold-N-Grand series that draws exhibitors from far and wide for the camaraderie and fantastic prizes, in addition to the ability to show any breed.
For example, this show’s prize lineup included 400 buckles and 16 saddles!
Even though it’s an all-breed show, it’s produced with the same quality as a breed show, including hiring accredited judges. This show’s judges: Jeff Allen, Kathy Anderson, Rick Christie, Pete McAlister, Mark Guynn, Michele Pearson, and Richard Spinks.
And while rain tried to put a damper on the show, show producers applied their usual aplomb with social media contests during the show to raise spirits and infuse fun, with a daily selfie challenge for best smile, and the best reel with a rain dance to make the “rain, rain, go away!”
