The Ranch division at the Arizona Fall Championship is always a huge draw, and exhibitors such as Dr. Kaitlyn Bowen shifted to the discipline after riding in the all around since she was a tiny girl. See what she had to say about her transition:

Trainer Jimmy Daurio has also added Ranch classes to his repertoire, and one of his star horses in the division is his own stallion, Cowpuncher Cadillac.
The team won the circuit award for Senior Ranch Trail, a big accomplishment, so we asked Jimmy how this discipline now in his all-around barn has added and enhanced the atmosphere.
“The Ranch horse division has been exciting because it’s new and fresh,” he explains and he says it has given him an opportunity to promote their stallion, Cowpuncher Cadillac, to showcase his talents.
“All the different patterns we do in the Ranch events are new and challenging, and really good for the horses to do.”
His clientele has changed a bit since Ranch division has come to fruition, he adds. “We have all-around riders, but we now have a fair amount of Ranch Riders as well.”
