Next up in the Ford Arena was the Color Junior Western Pleasure, and Andy Cochran took gold with Well There You Go, owned by Renee Norleen.
When asked about Well There You Go, Andy says he just got him! “He’s a nice horse – he’s got a lot of ring presence, and he’s a great jogger, and a big personality, and just an all around nice horse,” says Andy.

Another big hit in the Western Pleasure throughout the show: The Cooki Monster, who won multiple titles at the show, and today, she won the Maturity Limited Open Western Pleasure with Hillary Timchak in the saddle. “She’s a really great horse, and it’s an honor to have bred her and it’s just great to get to show her again,” explains Hillary. “She’s my mom’s horse for this year, but I got to borrow her for a minute and she’s always really fun to show.” Viewers may remember that “Sher” was Hillary horse last year, and they won the Amateur Western Pleasure together at the World Show in 2022. This year, Susan Roberts, Hillary’s mom, will take Sher to Congress.
