Around the Rings – 2023 TQHA Spring Celebration

The Tennessee Quarter Horse Association’ held their “Spring Celebration” circuit in Harriman, Tennessee, from March 9-12, 2023. Judges included: Jon Barry, Tracy Willis, Carolyn Johnson, and Amy Watkins.
Show management was Topline Event Management, and the TQHA Amateurs hosted an “Amateur Hour” on Friday night, which included drinks and snacks sponsored by various amateur exhibitors.
