Around the Rings – 2023 NCQHA Tar Heel Summer Classic

The North Carolina Quarter Horse Association just wrapped up another wonderful Tar Heel Summer Classic, running from June 8-11, 2023, at the James B Hunt Horse Complex, in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Judges were Pam Scott, Rick Baker, Rick Christy, Andrea Simons, Suzy Jeane, and Lynda Danielson.
