Around the Ring Photos and Results- ILQHA Fall Futurity

When the leaves begin to change, a chill descends in the air, and pumpkin spice-flavored goodies grace store shelves, we know that fall has arrived. The Illinois Quarter Horse Association recently held their Fall Futurity, September 20-22 in Gifford, IL. This was a new show for An Equine Production event management team and a brand new schedule for exhibitors.
Robin Frid, Randy Wilson, Jon Barry, and Kendra Weis were the judges for the event that included four, full AQHA shows that were approved by AQHA, NSBA, IQHA, and LLQHA.
Congratulations to the High Point Champions!
Emma Pezan rode Soo Sophisticated to win the Small Fry division. Lazy Lookin Lady was named the Open High Point Champion for Brickham Quarter Horses LLC. Emily Marschand rode Gotta Good Rodder to win the Amateur division.
The Select Champion was Tammy Dewey with Rios Marecedes. Nicole Pezan and Soo Sophisticated were the L1 Youth 13 and Under Champions. The 14-18 Champion was Anna Wilhem with An Innocent Cowboy. The L1 Amateur Champion was Linda Layon-Watson with An Everlasting Touch.
