Around the Ring Photos and Results From 2018 Dixie National Paint-O-Rama

The Mississippi Paint Horse Club recently hosted the Dixie Nationals Paint-O-Rama February 3-4 in Jackson, Mississippi to the tune or 500 entries. This first weekend of equine competition was the kickoff to the Dixie Nationals Livestock Show and Rodeo that will continue through Sunday, February 18th.

Winning the Youth Walk-Trot Champion Overall title was Shelby Kee. The winner of the Youth division was Isabell Schueppel. The 13 and Under Champion was Jaymee Carruth. The Novice Youth Champion was Lilly Kennedy. Winning the Novice Amateur division was Lacey Shelhorn. In addition, Lacey also won the Amateur division.

The Amateur Walk/Trot Champion was Linda Tucker. The Open Champion was Ellen Jumper. The High Point Horse was Talk About Lazy for owner, Lacey Shelhorn.
